Meet Jeri-Ann
What began around a kitchen table in Dove Creek, Colorado-with flour-dusted aprons and little hands learning how to bake-has grown into a full-hearted mission to nurture confidence, kindness, and class in the next generation.
Years ago, I started the Lil' Bakers Club with my twin daughters and a few local girls. We mixed up cookie dough while talking about table manners, gratitude, and friendship. Those afternoons stirred something deeper in me: a calling to mentor young girls not just in etiquette, but in grace, poise, an self-worth.
Now through Polished Protocol, I have the joy of partnering with mothers to help their daughters flourish socially and emotionally. My programs are rooted in timeless values, shaped by modern needs, and always delivered with warmth, fun, and intention.
I believe that every girl deserves to feel confident walking into a room, comfortable making conversation, and capable of handling herself with kindness and class. That's what Polished Protocol is all about.
